CLUB MEMBERSHIP

The Madison County Amateur Radio Club always welcomes new members. Members do not have to be a licensed amateur radio operator to belong. The requirements for membership are:

an interest in ham radio or related activities (such as emergency communications or shortwave listening),

an interest in promoting these activities,

interest in supporting the activities of the club, and

payment of dues - $20.00 per year ($10 if new member joining after July 1). Dues go towards defraying the costs of the club's educational programming, activities, insurance, and repeater maintenance. Donations are always appreciated.

Membership Categories:

REGULAR Membership - Licensed Amateur Radio Operator
ASSOCIATE Membership - Non amateur member having an active interest in Amateur Radio
FAMILY Membership (FREE) - licensed relative (immediate family) of a REGULAR member

FAMILY and ASSOCIATE members may not vote or hold an office - all other privileges of membership apply.
